I find that chocolate has been the hardest thing to give up, but since this is dark and it's in great little portion sizes I can have my cake and eat it too! mmmmmm cake.... Anyway here's the recipe it's so easy you could do it with your eyes shut! ( well not really...)
Healthy banana bite recipes-
1 bar of dark chocolate (no less then 75%! grrr)
3 Tbs of organic peanut butter
2 Tbs of non fat greek yogurt
Cut the banana into yummy bite size pieces. Melt chocolate and set aside to cool ( I melted mine in a bowl which was placed over a boiling pot of water). Mix peanut butter and yogurt together. When the chocolate has cooled it's time to assemble! Put a dolloped of the peanut mixture on top of each banana bite and then cover in yummy dark rich chocolate and freeze. And there you have it yummy and good for you! Just don't have too many, moderation is the key!
